What we do

We organize outdoor hands-on environmental activities like invasive plant removals, planting of native species, litter clean-ups and more. We raise environmental awareness while connecting people to one another and to nature, all while improving their health and well-being and inspiring environmental stewardship!

When people see the impact they can make working together, it leads to hopefulness and inspires environmental stewardship.

To organize our activities, we partner with governmental agencies, educational institutions, land trusts, businesses, nonprofits and charities with similar goals. In doing so, everyone gets much further ahead!

Holy smokes, what better way to improve mental health? Sense of community, feelings of accomplishment/pride in city/sense of stewardship, laughter, cooperation, chit-chat, fresh air, exercise, being in nature. I think people learn to look after their environment - what should be growing there and what shouldn't. I heard someone say that after getting involved with these sessions she pulls out Scotch broom sprouts now when she walks her dog!
